Kim coordinates all aspects of our employee benefits program. She manages and promotes the employee wellness initiative and MotivateMe incentive awards program. She provides day to day service for issues related to Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance; HSA & FSA Services; UNUM and Legal Shield voluntary products; Valic 403b Financial Services; COBRA and Retiree benefits management; and work-related injuries and compensation.

Kathy handles all payroll and benefits transactions. She is the go-to person for all updates related to benefits or change in status. Kathy also assists with the day to day services for (FSA) Flexible Spending Benefits, Health Savings Accounts, and retirees.
